The Quality of the furniture matched its value (beyond my expectation). I loved the piece, it looked much better than it appeared on their display. They are trustworthy and very transparent with their prices, and delivery timelines. The staffs were very helpful. Easy 5, given everything was done virtually without visiting the showroom especially in these current times of COVID-19

Super happy with Furniture Elegance. Just bought this chair without ever going to the shop. Delphine was great on the phone, explaining exactly what I needed and sending me photos. I'm very happy with the chair itself. Past experiences also that Furniture Elegance has excellent customer service. I will be back!

Great customer service and efficient response to queries. Beautiful and comfortable dining set that is still serving me well. Would highly recommend.
